As Executive Director, Hilary leads Wicomico Environmental Trust's work bringing a wealth of experience in community engagement, partnership development, and environmental advocacy, along with a deep understanding of the people, industries, and environmental challenges that shape the Eastern Shore. 

Most recently, Hilary worked with JBO Conservation, where she helped facilitate long-term collaborative partnerships focused on healthy water and land conservation, including on the Envision the Choptank initiative. Throughout her career, she has built strong relationships with farmers, watermen, community organizations, and local leaders while developing innovative outreach programs and managing projects. Her previous experience includes roles with University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, Chesapeake Bay Foundation, and Black River United Way through Americorps VISTA service.
