Where to recycle vehicles and parts

  • Vehicle Batteries: Pasco Electric, 1121 S. Salisbury Blvd - Will pay you for them (currently $5 per battery)
  • Automotive parts, copper, aluminum, and brass are accepted at Decker Brothers Recycling, 410-572-5600
  • Motor Oil and Anti-Freeze are accepted at the Wicomico County Newland Park Landfill, 410-548-4935
  • Used Tires: passenger cars only, are accepted for a small fee, at Anderson Tire Co., 410-749-5570, and Delaware Tire Center, 410-742-2171
  • Tire Amnesty Day: April, Wicomico County Newland Park Landfill - Call 410-548-4935

The Wicomico Environmental Trust (WET) advocates, provides programs, and works for policies that preserve and protect nature in our county and the Chesapeake Bay region. WET works with other nonprofits, government, businesses, and individuals to keep our water, Wicomico River and watershed, forests, and farmland beautiful and healthy for future generations to enjoy.
